FQA’S

  • Tiny living offers a simpler, more intentional way of life. With a smaller space, you benefit from lower costs for construction, utilities, and maintenance, making it a more budget-friendly option. It also encourages less clutter and more efficient use of space, creating a cozy, functional environment. Many people are drawn to the flexibility it provides—whether that’s easier relocation, a vacation retreat, or downsizing without sacrificing comfort. Overall, tiny living allows you to focus more on experiences and less on excess.

  • At Mountain View Custom Cabins, customization is at the heart of what we do. From the overall floor plan down to the smallest details—like fixture placement and finishes—we work with you to design a cabin that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and budget. Our team will guide you through each step, helping you make choices that maximize both functionality and value.

  • The first step you will need to take, is to talk to your local Zoning and Planning Departments. Ensure that where you want to put your park model is allowed by their regulations. Next you come talk to us! We can walk you through the rest of the building process and how to set up your cabin once it has been delivered.

  • After delivery you will be responsible for getting everything connected (water, electric, etc.). You will also need to build up a skirt around the bottom of the cabin, and ensure all steps are installed to each entrance.
