I’m Wayne Gosnell, owner and founder of Mountain View Custom Cabins. This is an exciting season for people who are looking to simplify, slow down, and live more intentionally—and we’re grateful to be part of that journey. We believe our cabins stand apart not only because of the quality we build, but because of the people behind them. Our company is founded on strong Christian values, and we strive to operate with integrity, humility, and care in everything we do—from the way we treat our customers to the way we support one another as a team.

I’m often asked what I love most about the park model business, and my answer is always the same: we’re building dreams just as much as we’re building cabins. Every model that comes to life in our plant represents someone’s vision for a better chapter ahead. Whether it’s a family fishing retreat, a first home for a young couple, or a peaceful getaway for new retirees, we understand that these cabins are more than four walls and a roof. They’re places where memories are made, faith is lived out, and lives are enjoyed. It’s a responsibility we take seriously, and one we’re honored to carry.

From state to state, there are building standards to ensure that park model homes are constructed to code. We take those requirements seriously at Mountain View and have elected to advance our safety standards by complying with ANSI A119. 5 construction standards and RVIA Certification standards. We sleep better at night knowing our building and safety protocols are among the best.

Every Mountain View Custom Cabin is “Whole House Tested” before it leaves our plant. This quality control distinction means we bring our cabins to life by testing all the appliances, trying out every electrical socket, turning on the heat and air, and ensuring the functionality of every element in every cabin before it’s headed to you.
